Sherlock Holmes and the Adventure of the Cardboard Box: Case #12 (On the Case With Holmes and Watson)

Plot: When a Miss Susan Cushing receives a package, she opens to find a revolting surprise- two freshly-cut human ears! Lestrade, the Inspector, passes this package as a cruel joke. However, Holmes suspects the worst. Can he find out who sent this and why? Read on…

Likes: I like this book because it has mystery. It is full of suspense. Also, it’s not boring. Rather, it’s in the style of a comic. The story is extremely suspenseful and gripping.

Recommendation: I recommend this book to kids 9 years and older because this one is a bit gruesome for younger children. If you like the Sherlock Holmes series, you should check this out.

Rating: 5/5
