Plot: Here’s a little warning- if you like funny books that are full of humor, this is for you. If not, WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING HERE???!! This book is by Jeffrey Brown, the author of the Star Wars Jedi Academy series. The book revolves around two human kids, Petra and Jide. When they get selected to go to outer space, they go to Mars and meet a ton of aliens, spend time with them, help them with science projects and a do a lot more there. I won’t tell you the rest, find out yourself!
Likes: I like this book because it is extremely funny. There’s a bit of potty humor. Funny events like Tobey, an alien, puts sneezing powder in the kids’ astro suits! The story is like a comic with lots of pictures. The events are exciting and sometimes hilarious!
Recommendation: I recommend this book to kids 9 years and older, since they will really enjoy the humor!
