Plot: This is a very interesting book by Roshani Chokshi. Aru, a 10 year old girl stretches the truth to fit in her middle school. One day, three of her friends come over to catch her in a lie. That same day, the same time, she lit the cursed lamp of Bharat which had the demon called The Sleeper in it, who wanted to summoon Shiva to destroy the universe. Now it’s up to Aru to save the world. How is one girl, in Spiderman pyjamas supposed to do that? Find out! This book is part 1 of the series.
Likes: I like this book because it has fantasy and magic.This book connects to the famous Indian epic, the Mahabharata.
Recommendation: I recommend this book because it is fun to read and has a lot of magic.
