Built by Shah Jahan, a Mughal emperor of India, The Taj Mahal was built in loving memory of Mumtaz Mahal. She was his beloved wife, who died while delivering their fourteenth baby. This book briefly describes Shah Jahan’s life and how the construction of the Taj Mahal started in 1632. The book also tells a bit about modern India and how people preserve the pride of India. I find this book very interesting, not very long, but quite informative.
Recommendation: I recommend this book because it will interest the readers and urge them to read about one of the seven wonders of the world.
